What kind of oats are best for skin care?
My baby has eczema and I am going to start slathering him in oatmeal to treat it. I would also like to use some for my older kids and for myself.
What kind of oats are best? Are the whole oats better, or the steel cut or pinhead oats? Or are rolled oats or instant oats better? I used instant oats yesterday by pulverizing them in a food processor and adding a little water to make a paste and it was good… but it was it as good as it could have been?
