Best skincare products, their prices, and where you can buy them?
I’m not looking to spend more than about -15 on the product(s).
Basically what I’m looking for is a scrub or face wash to prevent acne that actually WORKS. =D

Most really good products are going to cost more than 10-15$. Alot of people will recommend proactive, but I don’t think it works.
The best thing to do, which will cost more money, is to see an esthetician who will recommend products specifically for your skin type.
Other people can recommend things all they want, but if they recommend something that works for them, and they have dry skin while you have oily or combo, you won’t get the same results.
Most brands that a spa will carry will have a "travel" pack which will have a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and some sort of exfoliant. Otherwise they will most likely have samples that you could try.
Its a more expensive route, but better for your skin in the long run.
